Finally, I am able to buy myself a super big present before end of the year.
I got it yesterday!!! Regardless it is a coming birthday present, xmas present or even a reward to myself, I really happy that I could make it.
What had I bought?
Well, will only commented that it is big, i can bring it almost everywhere I go… 
:)
Allow me to be greedy a bit, really hope that my next two wishes will come true next year.
HongKong Trip 2008

This 5d4n Hong Kong trip really not bad, i managed to eat delicious food and went to the famous places.I am sure I will go again because there are still many places not visited this time.
.
Well, some tips for those who is planning to go HongKong:
1.Do survey on places to go, plan nicely and print out the map from MRT to your hotel
2.Bring more money – really a lot delicious food waiting for you
3.Must bring more shoes – too much walking needed in HongKong
4.Must bring umbrella and sunblock if you are going to DisneyLand

Phuket~Day03
Sep 10th
Day 3 was the most serious day where we have our meeting andfunctional group discussions. The meeting took about whole day, 10am till 9pm~What a long meeting…But it seems to be a best idea where many of us have the chance to share opinion and idea related to work beside knowing each other.For IT team,the objective really meet where everyone really join the discussion, paying attention to presentation and ask related questions.Technical sharing among IT team members really effective,they have the chance to share out what project/applications/development they had done for the company these years, speak out their idea as well and get solutions for some similiar problems happened in other country.Hopefully I can do more and carry out a better management to my IT division.

Many of us went to the most popular road–> Bangla Road. It is really happening here~I think there is >100 different pubs here.Many photos taken but only these can be shown out,others all 18SX…

A lot posts not done, super busy these few weeks for work and company trip preperation.Finally all over now, I am going to post all the funny photos, group photos, scenery, food of my Phuket trip in few posts.
This company trip took 4D3N which joinned by 6 different countries (MY,SG,CN,ID,TH,HK) about 93 persons. Unfortunately, 5 of the HongKong colleagues unable to join us last minutes due to typhoon.
Well lets look at where I hv been in Day 1…

When talking about buying a handphone for yourself, normally guy will looks for the function while girls look on the design and interface.
Last month, I bought myself a Nokia N82 for it’s function and affortable price.I have been thinking so long about it as I don’t really like it interface as it is a bit BIG & ugly …

Honestly this HTC really not the ideal phone for me and it is expensive too.I need a powerful phone to do testing on my work.Unfortunately, girls always look at the interface first… make me doubt about my decision… seem this always my unchageable weaknesses, always wanted the best, keep choosing here and there, at the end regret on my decision!!!

May be I am so “outdated”…
Just figured out this special “cube” which can keep ants as your pet few weeks ago.
With this cube of blue gel simulative soil, you can keep another little pet which won’t trouble you for a bath and worry about feeding them.
The blue gel is their food, you can see how the ant dig tunnels and learn bout their life secrets.
I saw this blue gel at one of the shop at Sunway New wing….It is really cute….
It is about RM 49.90 for the blue gel, maybe i will try to buy one to try it out soon

我得的病真的越来越奇怪！！之前是耳鸣，现在则是胃痛+ 火烧心！！

什么是火烧心？
火烧心是因为胃部的内容物逆流至食道，而感觉到胸骨后又灼热甚至痛的感觉。
每当我吞嚥食物或喝水都会有一股难以言喻的灼热感和胸痛。

火烧心的症状与胃食道逆流疾病（GERD）有密切的关联。
在正常情况，人体的胃有上下两个开口，分别为上端的胃食道喷门和下端的胃十二指肠幽门，平常这两个门的括约肌都紧闭，只有食物通过时才打开，以免胃酸流出。然而罹患这种胃食道逆流疾病的人，胃食道括约肌比平常人松弛，常常因为咳嗽、平躺、接触刺激性食物、饮用酒精、咖啡、服用特殊药物而引起胃酸逆流，所以会有这种特殊的火烧心症状。

現代人因為工作繁忙，連進食時間亦不固定，常常早午餐合為一餐，而晚餐多於工作結束後才能進食，許多人晚餐時間已接近就寢時間，故飽餐後不久就臥床休息，進食後胃液分泌大量增加，加上進食使胃部飽脹，胃內壓力亦升高；通常食道下段壓力較胃部約高10～15毫米汞柱，以防止食道胃逆流；但飽餐後即臥床，睡眠時食道蠕動及胃部消化均減緩，因此食道向下的蠕動及胃部排空受阻。

如果不治療胃食道逆流性疾病，就會引起嚴重的併發症；如果沒有適時控制，咳嗽、失聲、食道出血及食道狹窄等併發症發生的可能性亦增加；有極少數的患者，在試過適當之治療，仍無法有效改善其症狀者，才需推薦其手術治療。

防止食道胃逆流之道
現時職場競爭激烈，精神壓力倍增，加上晚餐進食習慣的改變，促成文明病“火燒心”的發生。近年營養學家倡導營養補充應偏重於早午餐，午睡應避免或不宜過長，儘可能晚餐時間不要與就寢時間接近，亦避免過飽。飽餐後不宜馬上臥床休息，巧克力、碳酸飲料、高油脂食物、辛辣食物或煙酒，甚至是蕃茄汁，都會影響食道括約肌鬆馳促進食道胃逆流，亦建議不宜過量，更不適宜於睡前食用。飯後一支煙不可取，但飯後嚼食一下口香糖卻值得一試。

佛光山的东禅寺

为期22天的2008佛光山东禅寺平安灯暨花艺展经在星期天晚上（2月24日）正式圆满结束，
而我也赶得及在最后一天观光这闻名许久的胜地
约5.45p.m. 到那里，看了看平面图。。。整个地方还真大
「子德芬芳」花坛与大灯笼：

非常喜欢这张照片，可是美中不足， 有一个黄灯笼少了条丝带。。。
晚上所有的灯都开了， 显得更壮观。。。

1. 「石窟傳奇」敦煌藝術展 – 舉世聞名的敦煌石窟把富麗多彩、各種各樣的山水畫、花卉圖案、飛天佛像等石窟壁畫展現在人間，展覽內容包括雕塑、繪畫到佛像，完美的展示了歷經千年的佛教藝術。
2.中華文化街 – 品嘗各種小食、逛逛花市，還有巧小的捏面人以及龍鬚糖、冰糖葫蘆等。
3. 印度佛教聖地。小人國景觀親身體驗印度佛國勝境的縮小版奇妙景觀，從中不僅可了解到佛教最具代表性的建築藝術之美，更在時空交錯中，看到了佛陀一生弘化廣度眾生的崇高精神。
