川贝冰糖炖雪梨
上个月我咳嗽,朋友叫我喝这个川贝冰糖炖雪梨,结果喝了喉咙舒服多,咳嗽也少了。
做法很简单。。。只需一个大雪梨,少许冰糖和川贝粉。。。
1。将雪梨的上部切开

2。将雪梨里面的核掏出来,不用削皮。里面的核要掏干净。

3。将川贝粉(大概3小汤匙)放进梨内,加入冰糖填满梨洞。

4。小心的将刚才切下来的雪梨盖子盖回去,盖好之后就用三根牙签来固定好。

5。将梨放入炖盅内,切记不用加水。直接放梨,盖好盅盖。隔水来炖上两到三个小时。

6。好啦。。。可以食用了。如果不喜欢甜,大可放少一点冰糖。

*梨味甘,性寒,入肺经,有清热、化痰、止咳的作用
*川贝母入肺、心经,有化痰止咳,清热散结的作用。
*冰糖,它的功效主要是用来调味,因为川贝母是很苦的。
